Que semana! Nossa, to morta hahah... primeiro trabalho e já me acabando. Estou bem feliz e adorando Lincoln (Inglaterra). Passei por uns e outros perrengues, mas quem diz que não passou ao mudar de país está mentindo absurdamente. Só sei que estou bem contente de estar numa cidade menor, porque Londres me enlouqueceu em menos de duas horas de estadia por lá. Não sou uma garota (mulher?) de cidade grande e demorei 24 anos (quase 25) para descobrir - e assumir. Obviamente em cidades maiores eu tenho mais possibilidades de encontrar as coisas que gosto e gente que compartilha do mesmo gosto, mas aparentemente Lincoln, que é quase uma Itu, não é tão minúscula (física e mentalmente) quanto as cidades equivalentes no Brasil.
What a week! Wow, I'm dead hahah... my first job and I'm already so tired. But I'm also quite happy and loving Lincoln (England). I obviously had some issues, but those who might have said they didn't face any problems when they moved to another country, they are totally lying. The only thing I know is that I'm very happy to be in a smaller city, since London drove me crazy in less than 2 hours spent there. I'm not really a big city girl (woman?) and it took me 24 years (almost 25) to realize - and assume - that. Of course it would be easier to find stuff that I like and people who might share the same taste with me in big cities... but apparently, Lincoln, which is quite much like Itu (Brazil), is not as tiny (physically and mentally) as the equivalent cities in Brazil.
Esse foi o penúltimo look que fotografei antes de me mudar. Ainda vou ter que descobrir como vou fazer as fotos por aqui, mas para tudo se dá um jeito. Estou morando com um colega de trabalho, que também se tornou amigo e se mostrou uma pessoa muito gentil e solícita. E o que a gente mais precisa, quando muda para longe de tudo e de todos, é de gente assim. Normalmente, as próprias pessoas locais são assim também... faz parte da cultura, eu acho. Hoje completo uma semana aqui e ainda não tenho como julgar. A única coisa que tenho certeza é que existe uma quantidade de aranhas (inclusive voadoras) que é incrivelmente assustadora e nojenta, porque eles não estão nem aí para elas ou para as teias.
This was one of the last oufits that I took pictures of before moving away. I still need to find out how I'll make the photos here, but we can always find some answer for everything. Mostly. I'm sharing a house with a coworker, who also ended up like a big friend and a quite gentle and helpful person. That's exactly what we need the most, when we move far away from everything and everybody. Usually, even the English people are like that... It might be part of the culture, I guess. And today I complete only one week here, so I couldn't judge that properly. The only thing I can affirm for sure is that they have such an amount of spiders (and flying spiders) that it's unbelievably frightening and disgusting, because they don't care even a bit about them or their webs.
Bom, mas hoje tem um look bem casual para usar em dias mais frios e aproveitar agora as temperaturas no Brasil - porque por aqui é sempre meio frio, com exceção dos últimos dois dias hahah... Eu usei a referência do boho do colar também numa bata de tecido mais fino e adicionei um salto para deixar também mais sofisticado. Achei que o couro talvez não fosse combinar com as outras peças, mas até que gostei! Ficou bastante confortável e deu destaque para a peça da Dark Paradise, que tá com vários modelos de colares boho lindos.
Well, but today we have a quite casual look to be wore in coler days and to enjoy the lower temperatures in Brazil - because here it's always at least a little bit cold, except the last two days hahah... I used the boho reference from the necklace also on the top, which has a more delicate fabric, and added heels to make the outfit look sophisticated. I thought leather might not look good with the other pieces, but I ended up liking it! It got very comfortable and stressed Dark Paradise's necklace - by the way, the store has a lot of beautiful boho necklaces in their catalogue.
Ah, sobre meu cabelo... ele acabou clareando mesmo, conforme eu fui lavando. Essas fotos foram do dia seguinte ao tingimento, por isso não condizem, mas assim que eu puder, mostro melhor. Aqui nessa foto vocês conseguem ver melhor mais outros dois produtos da Dark Paradise: anel boho de pedra da estrela, já apresentado no post anterior, o colar e o brinco de adaga. O último é bem interessante, porque ele tem esse pequeno strass que deixa a peça mais delicada... aliás, me lembra muito um outro brinco (de espada, no caso) da BloodMilk.
Ah, about my hair... it really got lighter as I washed it. These pictures were taken right in the day after I dyed it, so it doesn't show how it really is right now. Here in these pictures you can see the other two new products from Dark Paradise: boho star stone ring, already shown in the previous post, the necklace and the dagger earring. The last one is quite interesting, also because it has this little rhinestone that makes the piece looks more delicate... by the way, it reminds me a lot of this earring by BloodMilk.

Acho que to precisando de uma mudança dessas na minha vida, viu!? Pior que não sei nem por onde começar...
Você bem que podia fazer um post nesse estilo, né!? Como foi a mudança, como você conseguiu um emprego em outro país, como foi com visto e essas coisas. Não sei se você gostaria de falar sobre isso, mas se gostar, eu acharia bem legal.
E que bom que ta gostando daí e já tem pessoas boas perto de você! ^^
Você também podia fazer um post mostrando um pouquinho da cidade pra onde você foi. Ia gostar de ver fotos daí.
