Voltei! :) Depois de quase duas semanas de férias, estou de volta à labuta. Estou extremamente cansada, mas tenho muuuita coisa pra contar nos próximos dias/semanas, então por enquanto vou falar sobre esse look que fotografei antes de viajar - até porque já comprei minha lente nova e espero que dê tudo certo pra fazer as fotos ficarem melhores!

I'm back! :) After almost 2 weeks of holiday, I'm back to work. I'm extremely tired right now, but I have tons of things to share with you in the following days/weeks, so for now I'm going to write only about this outfit that I photographed before traveling - also because I already bought a new lens, so I hope the pics get better as intended!

Faz um tempinho já que recebi esse co-ord da CNDirect. Como eu comentei aqui anteriormente, eu não tenho muita sorte com calças/coords da China, porque eles sempre acabam pequenos pra mim, mas aí já fiz questão de comprar XL desse. E bem, serviu, apesar de a blusa ter ficado um pouco curta (não sei se é intencional?). Eu prefiro usar as peças separadamente, tanto que achei que ficou muito bom usar esse top com a minha calça preta de cintura alta, assim como cheguei a usar essa calça durante a viagem, mas com uma blusinha preta.

It has been a while that I received this set from CNDirect. As I mentioned here before, I'm not very lucky when it's about Chinese pants/sets, because they all end up being too short for me, but then I bought a size XL for this one. And, well, it fits, though the top is not really long enough (maybe it's intended?). I think I would rather use the pieces separatedly, so that it felt like this top looked better with one of my high waisted black pants and I also wore these pants with a black top during my travel.

Porém, enquanto eu estava fazendo as fotos, senti que esse look tinha tanto uma cara mais casual chic, como eles sugerem no site, quanto também podia ter essa versão mais sporty/streetwear que eu fiz ao trocar a birken por tênis e touca. Talvez por essa calça não ter ficado tão larga em mim, eu não vejo tanto esse coord como uma combinação muito chic, mas mais descontraída mesmo. Achei o recorte nas mangas da blusa um pouco exagerado pra ser usado junto com uma calça estampada, então mais um motivo pra preferir as peças separadas... De qualquer maneira, são peças bem versáteis e que podem servir pelo menos pra dois tipos de combinação. :)

However, while I was taking the pictures, I felt this outfit could have both a casual chic style, as suggested on the website, but it could also have a sporty/streetwear feeling too, in case I changed the birken inspired flats for trainers and a hat. Maybe because the pants aren't not too baggy on me, I don't see this set as a chic combination, but something more relaxed. In my opinion, these hollows in the sleeves are way too much when used with this print in the pants, so here it is another reason to prefer using the pieces separatedly... In any case, they are both very versatile and you can use them for even more than two combinations. :)
