Look do dia: Denim jacket

E aí? :) Hoje tenho um look bem diferente do que eu tenho estado acostumada a usar. Recentemente recebi uma jaqueta jeans da SheIn e me deu uma saudade de quando eu era criança. Eu não lembro exatamente se eu tinha uma jaqueta assim, lembro só de uma camisa jeans da Minnie, mas por algum motivo, esse casaco me lembra minha infância. Talvez por ser bem anos 90? Jeans claro, o corte, os patches... fiquei apaixonada por ela justamente por essa pegada nostálgica e grunge, além do fato de ter um patch com citação de uma música da Pixies (que é meio clichê até, mas a frase sozinha é muito legal!).

What's up, everyone? :) Today I have a quite different outfit, compared to what I'm used to wear. Recently I received a denim jacket from SheIn and it made me miss so much my childhood. I don't remember exactly if I had a jacket like this, I just know that I had a Minnie denim shirt, but for some reason, this coat made me think of my childhood. Maybe because it's quite 90's? Light jeans, the design, the patches... I'm in love with it precisely because it's nostalgic and grunge, besides these awesome patches including a Pixies' quotation (I know it's cliché, but the phrase alone is so cool!).

Como de costume, peguei uma jaqueta G mesmo e acho que ficou bem do jeito que eu queria - larga e boy-ish. Chegou super rápido aqui, tipo uma semana e meia, eu acho! E já fez sucesso no trabalho haha.. lembram daquela banda que eu tinha participado? Então, eu acabei já desencanando, porque não sei muito bem tocar teclado mais e não pretendo comprar um, então preferi não atrapalhar eles... mas a gente tava treinando pra fazer cover de Where is my mind mesmo. Meu chefe/dono da banda achou super legal hahaha...

As always, I ordered a size L and it fits right the way I wanted - loose and boyish. It arrived very fast here, like one week and a half, I think! And it's already a success at work haha.. Remember that band I have joined? Yeah, I ended up quitting, because I don't know how to play keyboards very well anymore and I don't think I'm buying a synth here, so I decided to leave them in peace... But we were training to play Where is my mind, so my boss/band's lead found this jacket pretty amazing hahah...


Bom, amanhã eu to partindo de viagem de férias, depois de finalmente acabar meu período probatório no trabalho. Confesso que tenho estado tão ocupada que nem pensei muito na viagem, só estou tendo dor de cabeça mesmo com essa merda de cabelo... eu vou me esforçar pra não tingir ele de preto de uma vez, porque toda semana me dá vontade de fazer isso depois que cagaram nele no salão. Eu vou tentar esperar voltar pro Brasil e arrumar lá, fazendo ombré na raiz, enquanto vou mantendo com tonalizante cinza aqui. Eu testei a tinta semipermanente da Pravana, mas diluída em creme, então não foi tão eficiente.. continuou manchado. O foda é que não parece, só aparece quando a luz tá forte, então eu tenho que esperar até amanhã, pra ver com a luz do dia, se realmente ainda tá manchado. Aparentemente sim, mesmo depois de eu ter feito ombré ontem à noite. Foda. To bem de saco cheio já.

Well, tomorrow I'm going on vacations, after finally ending my probation period at work. Honestly, I haven't been thinking much about the travel, because I've been in a constant headache about my hair... I'll try to do my best to don't dye it black once and for all, because every single week I feel like doing this after they fucked with my hair in the barber. I'll try to wait until I go back to Brazil, so I can fix this by doing a proper ombré effect on my roots while I keep toning it with gray hair dye. I tried Pravana's silver dye, but mixed with conditioner, and it didn't really work... it's still stained. The shit about it is that I can't really see it at my place, because all lights are yellow and direct, and at work, the toilet's walls are green and I see everything ridiculously stained. I'll wait until tomorrow to see how it looks, if it's really stained. It looks so, even after I dyed it again with an ombré effect on the roots. Fucking hell. I'm so pissed off and tired already.



É isso. Vou deixar uns posts programados, mas vou ter que dar uma pausa nos looks, porque não tive tempo de fotografar durante a semana. Depois vou ter um monte de coisa pra mostrar pra vocês, então fiquem de olho. Também pretendo comprar uma lente nova pra tirar umas fotos melhores, porque a luz daqui é horrenda e cada vez mais tá escurecendo mais cedo... enfim.. bora lá, ânimo, Lidia. :/

That's it. I'll schedule some posts, but I'll need to do a hiatus on the outfits, because I had no time to take pictures during the week. After I come back from my travel I'll have tons of things to show to you, so keep an eye on the blog. I also want to buy new lenses for my camera, so I can take better pictures, since my light is horrible and it has been darker and darker from now on... Anyway, let's do this. Need to move my ass and carry on. :/

    You are too adorable, I just see how beautiful your hair is and you're in a battle with it, haha! Oh, how exciting that you will be on vacay - I hope you have a blast and take loads of outdoorsy pics. BTW: I love that song: Where is my mind? My favorite from Placebo!     Você aproveitou bastante dos anos 90, quem me dera. Só de abrir essa postagem ja corri pra ouvir nirvana, essa jaqueta também me lembrou o mesmo. Não sei se vai levar meu comentario em conta mas estou gostando bastante do seu cabelo assim, e não pinte de preto, a decepção vai ser enorme. Como é mais ou menos que voce gostaria que ele ficasse?     Poxa.. relaxa quanto ao cabelo.. nem sempre essas tinturas dão certo mesmo.. eu aprendi que tudo que acontece no meu, pode ser legal e diferente de alguma forma, mesmo que seja manchado... rs
    Sei lá, é que eu já mexi tanto no cabelo e sempre saía alguma coisa diferente do esperado que eu acabei acostumando.. meu cabelo é meio rebelde.. rs
